Coaching Services

I believe that every performer needs emotional support and tools to stay strong in stressful circumstances. I have certification from the Integral Coaching Canada, Guildhall's coaching course "Leaders on and offstage" and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

I recommend buying packages of 7 coaching sessions to focus on a particular goal or issue. I also can do intensive performance sessions if you have an upcoming event that you would like help preparing for.

Standard coaching package - 7 sessions

With this package, we focus on a particular goal and work together to find the best path forward for you and your current needs.

75 euros per session or 500 for 7 sessions

Intensive performance preparation session

In this 90 minute session, we will go through techniques that you can use to prepare for a big performance, competitions, or speaking events
